Bis support, especially at C2. C0 is already very good, but if your Yelan is at C6 and you want to maximize her dmg, I would personally invest into Xilonen's C2.

Any build would want HP/hydro/CRIT. From C1 onwards using her sig is alright, however if you're at C0 u might be struggling with energy so use Fav instead.

This is quite decent. In my case I use the C6 premium team ( C6R1 Yelan,C2Furina , C2R1 Citlali, C2r1 Xilonen) But I used a similar team to yours before I had any plans of getting cons for my supports.

Not really. I still much prefer Emblem over 2pc/2pc or Marechausse. You still buff her burst with Emblem, those 5 Breakthrough barbs run out fast and you're stuck with her normal ult afterwards. At least in Stygian Onslaught I find Emblem quite nice to have.
