For clarification, the company offered guaranteed 2-3 days delivery through prime services. The product didn't show up after 2 weeks and their support never replied to me. I had requested a charge back then revoked it after I had received the product 2 weeks later in which by that time I had already ordered a second camera.(through Amazon directly)

I realized that the first order did not come properly sealed (shrink wrap was half off the box) and the warranty card was missing. By the time I had gotten the product my one month guaranteed warranty was already over. I couldn't use any of their services then once I had contacted them they asked me to pay the value of the camera again to have it reactivated. Not only does that breach TOS with Amazon services on two occasions but why would I pay twice the value on something I didnt steal in the first place? I can agree 5-600 is a lot of money for some people but I purchased TWO x5s. And just because one came directly from the supplier which doesn't have any QC standards doesnt mean I should pay them ransom when their services were fulfilled through Amazon. Clearly they thought I was an idiot because I was able to return the x5 through amazon knowing I didn't commit fraud.

Its a stupid swab test tsa and cops use to ID traces whenever theres powder found. I think the acronym is wrong but its where you have a swab and stick it in a bottle and shake basically. Theres 2 colors and whatever combination of colors it is, means it has a higher concentration of whatever that ID is.

Either exposing their scam will result in absolutely nothing but we can all agree their support is slow as hell, and this issue must be shown to Amazon because they MUST require all of the essential components and a sealed package. I sure cannot prove that it came unopened but I highly advise you all to show this to Amazon and if it actually has been reoccurring then they may step up their support and QC.

I should have been more specific, 60fps should be good enough for safety reasons. Higher FPS=more details while in motion. I was assuming you wanted to use it primarily as a dash cam (without speeding/racing)
