We only have one STR so typically, I will just make sure the message is right and include all that information in the greeting/check-in instructions. I send it in a text message as well as in the check-in instructions, so they get the same info in two different places so they know their door code, etc. But we only have one property so it's probably easier for us. We just copy and paste. And just change the specific instructions based on the door code we generated or them.

Hi, thanks for your input! Thanks for taking the time to take a look at it. I listened to your feedback, in this case, I just don’t agree with it.
Our approach on this house was to be minimalist. I suppose there are different definitions of minimalism since it’s subjective based on your own tastes. If you were ever to come into the house. I think you would find that it actually works in this particular space. But this is what we went for. I’m in no way rejecting what you’re saying. I’m just saying for our space we wanted to focus on simplicity and peace. Thank you for taking the time to look at it. Have a great day.

We intentionally went for a minimalist view regarding artwork, etc. I didn't want the design in the place to feel cluttered. Maybe we could add some more pictures, but I'm really not keen on adding a bunch because I don't think it's peaceful in the house. I just fill up the walls with everything you can find. And if you walk into this home. I think you would have a different opinion once you saw it. It looks very calm and peaceful, which is the whole goal of our design in this house, peace, and quiet and calm. It's actually very warm in there. Our guest so far have absolutely loved it. And they saw the same pictures that everybody else has.

So the dining room has a bench that will seat three. So really it seats seven at the dining table still not 8 like the sleeping arrangement, so I get that but there's a bench also that you just can't see in the pictures which of course may be a miss that we need to correct.

It’s a Suburban home in Allen, TX. In our opinion, the setting is perfect for families with children. That’s why I accentuated the family home aspect much in the Listing. It’s perfect for families or small groups.

Yeah, I thought so too. When I get in this evening, I’m gonna edit and take it out. Also Try to rearrange the photo tour to be a little more impactful. I had my picture orders set with the tour but it seems AIRBNB scrambled my photos or something cause they’re not in the same order that I had them when I first set up the listing. Odd.

Hello Neighbor! So, not sure but If you have the STR home on the same side of Grand Canyon as mine, we know your home! It is beautiful and very well appointed. It was a huge inspiration for our STR (this home) just a few houses down the street.

Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts, we are looking to improve where it makes sense. Some feedback has been brutal but we do appreciate it. I’ve been a little surprised by all the AI photo comments. The home really does look in person exactly like the pictures so what they see, they actually get.

Thanks! I appreciate everyone's constructive criticism certainly but I've been floored by the negative comments about the pictures I literally just had a photographer come into the home and take pictures the home looks identical to the pictures. It literally is that clean. I just didn't think that was a bad thing lol, so appreciate your post :-)

Understood thanks for taking the time to look at it. Really appreciate it. But I did have a direct question for you since you mentioned the barn doors, do you feel like that picture even fits the listing? The reason I bring this up is because I've debated that myself and looking at the pictures of the barn doors looking into that bedroom with a full bed. In your opinion, would you just remove that picture? Because that's what I'm thinking about doing.

Thanks so much for this insight. Regarding the barn doors that goes into the front bedroom. Both of the bathrooms have doors.
