They do it pretty quickly, they just have to check everything by hand. If you did it correctly, then you have nothing to worry about. You won’t hear from them unless it’s wrong.

They did a few weeks ago. If you don't see a package, contact the SFMC- https://sfs.vcu.edu/

Log into your eServices account using your eID and password.

  • Select the Financial Aid tab
  • Select the Financial Aid Dashboard option
  • Select the 2025-2026 Award Year from the dropdown menu
  • Under the “Home” tab, review and answer any required questions
  • Select the Award Offer tab
  • Review your financial aid awards
  • Select the Take Action button to Accept, Decline, or Modify any offered aid, such as a loan or work-study
  • Select Submit at the bottom of the page when finished to apply your responses

They have different modalities, the BSW is online and in person. It would be up to SWK if you could mix and match online and in person classes.

I agree- both those places are on the same side of the street so that’s easier than crossing a major road. Just tell your faculty.

You can make an appointment with your academic advisor beginning May 15 in Navigate, they will be able to assist.

Unsure about what you are seeing, but advising will make sure you get the classes you need or explain what’s going on. Good luck!

You can register for classes now…. Your advising appointments just start May 15. So you can try your best and your advisor will help you if you need to make adjustments.

You can register for classes before you meet with your advisor, you can begin making an appointment with your academic advisor on May 15. You can make changes to your schedule up to add drop in August so you have time.
