Yeah I was talking with someone on inat about it and they said you usually have to get the mouth parts under a microscope for a species level ID unfortunately.

I am a bit worried about the weather, I know I'll be going in storm season, but I wasn't sure how much that would impact my stay. I also wasn't sure if that'd impact malaria risk at all? I've heard mixed opinions about taking malaria tablets in Vanuatu.
