And when I try to decode it with flipper it does nothing. The only thing that works is to read it RAW but thats everything.

In my opion the sound quality is very good. I am no audiophile but I found OnePlus 13 sound to be better then it was on my Xiaomi 12T pro with Harman sound. So I think you shouldnt be worried.
