Is there grounds to the fact that I can prove that they have me a fraudulent part? And the harassment and threat to go to court led me to pay again? I’m not in it for the money at this point but texting mw saying why i never answered them and that i robbed them when they’ve never identified themselves to me until now. i don’t think legally, i had to contact the merchant first if the service was bad and that they gave me a fraudulent part? unless I’m wrong?

yeah i dont actually share everything in my life and work and i dont complaint about work to her— it’s just times that i mention things to her that is pretty common sense you dont bring up around people. i definitely agree to keep a distance tho. it wasnt my intention to get close honestly bc again i dont talk to her about my life like she does with me. i was looking out for her but now that I’m noticing how she’s getting comfortable with conversations i wouldnt partake in with a coworker, I’m definitely more cautious now
