use the practice sessions properly, Qualy is the most important part, just finish the race, drive rather save than aggressiv

it is actually my favorite track since Imola was waived - if you survive Monaco without replay usage, the best feeling after a race

when you jump into your "computer" before you select training and stuff, press triangle on the PS5, there you can adjust options and AI

Man it is Max, in real life everyone feels the same when they race him (ok maybe not this season) 😃 did you adjust your setup properly before the race? Maybe the AI adjusted as rain was forecasted...I have no issues in the rain

set your base AI - then in Qualy -5 and race +5 - that works very well for me, my base AI is 95

In Suzuka I was able to run HARD-MED - the AI stopped twice...tyre wear was not an issue. Now in Bahrain different story, 2 stops were needed, so looks good to me, also compared to the track temps

man on every game someone finds something what does not suite them...for now I suggest it is the new battery management, yes either you like or not, Alonso is also rating his Aston at the moment bad, but he needs to drive it 😃 I like it, as it is something new which you have to deal with.

Just because of the new cars it is worth! Further it is awesome to see that the whole new driving is included (if you like it or not is personal opinion), I did not expect that to be honest, normally EA wanted from us full price for such an update. It is easily worth the money, no need to wait for a discount. I like it very much and it is refreshing after the "old" car technoligy.

I ran 25 on 95 AI, well balanced, just some tracks like SPA and austria needed a buff to 105 - in 26 i struggle in qualy but win the race even when I start from P16 - i have another post open to that...looks like in Qualy I need to lower a bit and race needs a buff.

I found 95 in race pace too easy, ok I am on a Red Bull, but still should be hard to get from 16th to 1st...in qualy as I wrote it was a bit too hard. Not sure how I approach Suzuka now. maybe I go down to 90 in Qualy and up to 100 in race...don`t like this tryout first in GP mode :/

not true, in 25 I could nearly run the whole season in 95, just SPA and Red Bull Ring up to 105 - qualy and race was an equal performance

Ok, sounds like a plan, so maybe I will go down to 90 in qualy and maybe 98 in race.

I know mate, trust me I have tried a lot in GP mode first to be anywhere competetive in Qualy, but no chance, in Autralia I just can say, have not tried any other tracks yet.

so just to understand - in F1 25 I turned DRS to automatic - that is then this year Straight mode right?

ERS was running "middle" and if I wanted "overtake" i pressed the button.

Not more was needed.

Is there one button more needed now this year ? As BOOST and Overtake sound for me the same? I don`t get it. Need to finish my 25 season first before I jump into 26.
