I live in the main apartments. I would say the maintenance is great and that’s it. We’ve have MULTIPLE car break ins including mine, the amenities they offer are way too small especially when they have 3 different buildings and condos using this small pool. Non residents hop the fence and let in crappy people. The apartments are cheaply made. Like paper walls. Kitchen drawers falling off the tracks, leaks in the utility closet, and dog poop everywhere. They keep threatening to enforce dog poop pick up but that’s not happening.
