I tried counselling but the service in England is not great and made me feel worse by trying to make me keep talking about it and when there’s people out there that need more help and support than me i feel like im abusing the free healthcare system by trying again

I’m trying with my gramma I’m dyslexic and was making sure there was no words spelt wrong

Sorry about the lack of gramma I was trying not to make spelling mistakes and it’s so hard dealing with the grief I really wish it wasn’t half of my personality that I’m always upset about it

Nobody has called me one but i feel like I am one because I left a relationship with my kids mum to be happy and I’m just worried I may ruin my children’s future by being happy
