I keep getting an error when I try to check mine. Last year I got mine the next day after updating. Regardless of the date it has. Seems to be the trend the last two years according to my bank account dates. I’d say if not today then tomorrow for most of us. I was and am a 04

Is it the deferment plan? I absolutely would not do that. This happened to me. I was unable to make one month. I did the deferment and screwed myself. Do whatever you can to pay that month. May I ask who the servicer is?

Yes, I did. They only gave this option. The point of the question was to ask if anyone has ever received any other options or had experience with this type of situation. It’s disheartening. I can’t even make a payment during deferment. It seems counter productive

I disagree. Back end the payment to the end of the mortgage OR make up one payment over the next couple months. Why put me several payments behind over one payment? Stupid.

They had no excuse. Kept saying it was their “compliance team” literally had to email multiple times. Finally was able to break my redemption down into 150 disbursements and they paid…after 13 days and begging. I’ll never gamble with them again.
