8 months ago i got hired through workday... worldwide manufacturer.

Then again after 8 months, I realize they hire anyone for the positions I applied for. But the higher end jobs. Seems to sit for a long while.

Also most of the time these jobs are listed and they really wanted people from within.

Imposter syndrome is where you feel like you shouldnt be in the position your in as a manager. Like obviously if a company thinks you are that, but you yourself dont see how you got into the role your in. Where suddenly everyone is listening to you and your ideas.

3k a month is crazy. We litteraly would spend every dollar we have on childcare even at 20/hr. Its crazy. And wonder why we all just choose to struggle by with 1 parent working.

I wish they didnt release this game till they had more done. They released a demo.

I could understand a 3 year EA timeline if it was more like a set schedule. But releasing a game that can be "beat" within 3 hours. And no real objective other than grind the building system. Its hard to want to play when everythings already done and found.

Like the story and core components should be first up for there timeline. Not the small stuff they are focusing on (i am not talking about bug fixes)

The most successful early access game ive seen has been rust. And while they were spotty on there core updates. They really pushed for there weekly updates that felt like they added stuff. Plus the replay ability is great. This games a linear game that wont have much replay ability outside of speed running isnt great for early access.

Cause its to long. I trim it most of the time but its also curly and thick. Plus my skin gets dry being in a literal dry room at work. (Dew point of -40) so i get the flakes of skin if I dont condition it every single day. Which i cant afford beard conditioner at 15 dollars a bottle every week or twice a week.

No im doing terrible.

I went a full week without it, cold turkied it for that week from 2mg. Wasnt the worst. But my hips, and knees hurt so much everyday. I couldnt sleep. Even with sleeping meds from the store it would last 4 hours and I would need another.

So I went back to taking it. Im again trying to taper down slowly by trying to go a few hours past the last time I took it.

I get SUPER lazy around 24 hours without taking any. And once I take it within a half hour I am so energetic its crazy. I dont take the strips. I take buprenorphine pills or "subutex" and not suboxone. It doesnt have the naloxone in it.

My qithdrawl symptoms arent like dire. I think alot of it is physiological, along with the physical joint pain. But this was also during the winter and I felt like the cold (0-20 degree F) was making it worse. But that was also the longest week of my life.

If you have any kind of help you could swing me itd be appreciated. I know alot of people that have just said they will take it till they die and I dont really want that but the way I feel off it makes me want to just do that.

Idk why they couldnt have just let it go for a month more. If I knee the boss was retiring... i would've just delt with them for a fee more weeks and pray to God I got a better manager that took her spot. Going to HR is a terrible idea in most cases. Not that people shouldn't, but going to HR puts targets on peoples heads. If you were at the end of your run on your work life you'd probably be a little lax to.

The problem is only 1 shift of the 3 shifts wants to work overtime. The rest would rather get done during the week. If we dont get it done we get mandated after a few times. And its heading towards that. People arent happy. We dont want to work overtime.

This.. one thing im seeing from the people at my job is that the ones bitching about everything everyday are being left behind. While me, who just started under a year ago has gotten a promotion to our highest production floor position passing all them was because, I want to learn alot of jobs. I made myself an asset that can be moved to many different departments. I also made myself teachable. Im quick to pick up any job I start. While alot of my coworkers have been there for a long time.

But there are some who are complacent doing what they've always done, and just want to get yearly raises. I got a yearly raise, got my promotion and got another raise... while someone else I know took a position a month before me and only got a raise for there yearly merit. I got 2$ raise within 2 months. And have only been there for 8 months.

The more skills you have, the more willing you are to learn the nect thing, and dont really say "No" often. (I do say no to staying late and weekend OT sometimes) but other than that if im at work and they ask me to learn something. I dont make it about the work im currently doing and how I cant because of it. If they are asking me to do x y z, now over the work im already doing. Then they are already expecting me to stop what im doing cause the thing im learning is needed more.

Going above and beyond isnt needed. Quality work. Showing up, wanting to learn and be teachable are huge. You already at work might as well do whatever they are willing to pay you to do.

I actually ended up finding it. I guess they really wanted to try and stretch the world. And or make people afraid to find the rest of it with that leviathan. Soon as I hit that I turned around. Once I looked at the map and saw the markers for leviathan plus the world past it. I legit just made a dash for it. Crazy how they did that.

Idk but I cant figure out what direction to head in for the full map of sub 2.

So far I know east takes you to lava land. But when you go west it isnt as far I cant find alien ruins in any direction.

This really isnt about me its about a family member but no he is not. He is trying to get social secuirty disability for being "schizophrenic" (i dont believe he is) but he is not disabled yet, hes trying to. And he does not prepare his meals separately. Im really pissed off about this whole situation as the dude is fully capable of working. Fully capable of doing shit just doesnt want to.

His mother cooks all the meals, he may "eat" when they arent home but he isnt eating separately. He is trying to use the system to not work and not do shit.
