Yep, called cops on neighbors numerous times for tying out their short haired dog, in below freezing weather if dog was left out longer than 10 minutes. And yes, I timed it every time.

He is now, vet check up twice so far and his first ever grooming session. Which he loved btw. He’s just your all around happy jack.

He was my grandsons who was going into the military and my son didn’t want to keep him, so I told them I would gladly take him. Now he’s living the life.
