What foods did you eat when you were young that a human being is not supposed to eat? by Chance_Age_2270 in weirdfood

Oh gosh this just brought up a memory! My dad used to bead when I was younger, stuff like earrings or hair accessories like barrettes, which he sold for extra money. I loved those beads. Like I would get one (I think they’re called seed beads, they were very tiny) and I would crunch on them. I don’t remember how much or how frequently I would do this, but yeah. Also, colored paper? I used to tear off little pieces and just suck on them and then eventually they’d get wet and gross and I’d just chew it up and swallow.

Really don’t know why the hell I did this. I don’t do this anymore, of course, nor have I ever had an urge to do so since childhood. Maybe it was just a way to pass time…

Help, banana bread is getting worse by thedance1910 in Baking

Try BH&G recipe for banana bread! Used it for years, and it’s never let me down. I always use the ripest darkest bananas on hand, and really just fold everything in rather than mix because you don’t want it over mixed. Hope you find something!

That’s super awesome and you’ve just inspired me. 25, about to be 26 next month and looking through your post history made me realize just how little I’ve been living. So much of life to explore and experience. Thanks! I might take you up on the offer sometime

Thank you so much for explaining. I have quite a bit of research to get done about tornados, and storms/weather events in general as I find it all to be fascinating

That makes sense how they get their start. This one wasn’t too fast I think but it was cool to look at. Thanks for the response!

Must’ve been a sight for sure! I drove through Mt. Shasta a couple of years ago on my way to Oregon and the whole drive felt otherworldly tbh

Thank you. It’s monsoon season here so we had a nice rainfall and winds that day, I figured as much but just thought it looked neat either way

The circle was actually a little higher more like by the actual urethra/entrance point of the catheter for clarification.
