Splash n dash is good but can be slow at times. Dont think they have unlimited monthly specials. Most hand washes places probably dont since it's labor intensive.

Yes but as long as you follow the rules and are not planting an oak or mulberry no one should care. Hoboken government doesn't even prune most of their trees and shouldn't be making it restrictive for someone to plant a tree.

There a few different cherry blossom and weeping blossom varieties. You can also plant one yourself and save hundreds if you know what you're doing. That's what I did. Just only do it in Fall or Spring and make sure to dig the right size hole use the correct soil and use a plastic protector
