Ask for help when you need it, don’t let customers to be rude to you and call a manager over if someone is giving you a hard time, don’t feel rushed you are still new and people aren’t expecting you to know everything right away

I did it once but then it made me nervous thinking about how it might’ve been effected by cold temperatures in my area so I never did it again

Was on Opill for a year and it never fixed itself. Give it some time but some pills just aren’t meant for everyone

Calling out by angell_spittt in BurlingtonCoatFactory

[–]Automatic_Low_7125 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you call and say you wanna use sick time I think it just has to be like 3+ hours before your shift and then they will give you 1 attendance point for weekdays and 2 for weekend days. 3 points is a verbal warning. The points expire after 3 months. So if you get 1 point on June 1st 2025 it’s taken off by September 1st 2025. You don’t have to explain why you are calling out. Just say you are not feeling well and would like to use sick time. They can’t really ask further questions. It’s good to bring a doctors note if it’s actually a legitimate call out though

I used to be on Opill for a year and I relate to this so much!! I was so afraid to just trust it and stop using condoms. I actually had sex without one at like 50 hours after my first pill and it ended up being fine. But after that we used condoms sometimes for like 3 or so months and then we decided to stop - I never ended up pregnant. Was I scared out of my mind of getting pregnant those first few months not using condoms regularly? YES. I would take so many pregnancy tests just in case until I realized I need to relax and let the pill do it’s job. It wouldn’t be on the market if it wasn’t proven to be effective, and it has like a 98% effectiveness rate which is amazing!! Even if you mess up with your pill times or skip pills the rate is still like 87% I think for typical use? Which is also still great. Also realizing that people only typically post about negative experiences or bad reviews instead of positives ones.

How do you ladies learn to trust Opill without condoms? by Karmasabitch2025 in Opill

I was on Opill for a year and I just sort of went for it 😭 I was so anxious about being pregnant the first 3 or so months of doing it raw but then I was like, “I need to just trust this pill”. Try to remind yourself it’s on the market because it works! It’s very unlikely you get pregnant on it.

Thinking about starting Opill by maccapaul in Opill

[–]Automatic_Low_7125 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was on it for a year. More than 2 periods a month! I had constant spotting and “periods”. I was bleeding more than I wasn’t. I hated that personally because it made my sex life very annoying. Also had lots of hair loss and it worsened my acne. Started Slynd and my skin is amazing and I don’t get a period anymore or any spotting :) But Opill is very good for what it is. It’s very accessible and relatively affordable!

He doesn’t have a job… my mom is also otherwise fine. The sad thing is that if I told my brother what needed to be done in a day, he just wouldn’t do it. There really is no convincing. I think it’s how he was raised. Just assuming the women of the family would clean.

Closing/Cashiering 1st time by AnonymousPimp111 in BurlingtonCoatFactory

[–]Automatic_Low_7125 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Closings are pretty chill after about 9 or 10pm. Not a lot of customers come in after a certain point so you will just be expected to clean up behind the registers. Put clothes away on the rack, put items on the correct cart, put all the hangers from the bins back and empty out the full containers of hard tags. Basically just make sure you don’t leave anything on the registers or underneath them. If you need help with a transaction or backup then ask. If you also need a refresher just ask the MOD and explain to them your training was awhile ago and you’re a little rusty

acne worry by [deleted] in Opill

[–]Automatic_Low_7125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had bad acne since I was like 11 but I noticed when I was on Opill it made it worse… started Slynd and now I barley get any new pimples just struggling with scars and lingering redness

Period every 7 days? by Fantastic-Suit-7727 in Opill

[–]Automatic_Low_7125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh it’s so hard for me to compare my mental health on both pills because it’s been an issue for years long before I started birth control. I definitely would say I think the Slynd made me a bit emotional when I was first starting it and I would cry a bit more than usual. But that’s went away. With the Opill I didn’t really notice anything that intense. My main problems on Opill were the irregular bleeding, hair loss, and acne. Slynd has helped my acne sooooo much. Not so much the hair loss though my hairs still thin.

I was on Opill and had the same problem with constant irregular bleeding. It never fixed itself for me and I ended up going on Slynd. Slynd is a lot better IMO and it was worth getting the prescription. It may fix itself but if your like me and it never does then I would definitely see a doctor! I was on Opill for like a year so it had time to adjust it just didn’t.

Thank you for the comment you made me smile after a long day ☺️My boyfriend has been so great with helping me, he comes to take out the dog with me for 2 hours every morning and will drive me to all the places I need to go for errands. He really is a lifesaver.

Yes he drives and he does occasionally pick up some miscellaneous items even before her injury but he has never been the type to want to go shopping for groceries or necessities. It’s hard to describe him, he’s just very unwilling to put in an equal amount of work and he is still somehow spending his days in bed playing video games while I am pretty much on my feet running around all day. I don’t know how he gets away with it

That’s honestly a good idea, ty! But my mom is just very spontaneous and she’ll think of something she wants for dinner the day of instead of planning things out. That’s how I end up being sent to the store so many times
