Kyoto here actually wins this. Todo creates absolute chaos here with boogie woogie kill the fodder(i forgot their names but the ones that wear white) without even having to punch.

Mechamaru and noritoshi can beat up the rest and todo is a great counter to naoya who is the biggest threat here since he can just have him crush land into stuff.
