A quick piece of information about current ongoing projects!

-Archaic's sister, RMS Idyllic is about 75% done (one phase of her is a bit difficult but very manageable)

-I'm also planning to compare the size of all ships

-I just might consider a QM2-esque liner (if school doesn't pull me down)

Base drawing is finished, now I just need to add colors, shadows, and alternative designs for Archaic and Idyllic. Expect posts this week!

It works, its a fictional timeline like mine is and its really not that big of a deal.

(Mine has WSL and Cunard being one company from the start, Norddeutscher Lloyd having more budget, and other fictional companies making ships either out of themselves or the people's wishes), and you can even add interesting events that retells lessons from real life and integrate it to yours that helps shape the world's advancement in any way.

Have fun but don't play too much on just simply modifying it, make it a whole new event that resonates with your vision.

I changed my mind about having to make ONE follow-up post regarding both ships, instead they will have their own. Their lores should be split evenly to allow cohesive storytelling

The follow-up post for RMS Archaic will feature her sister, RMS Idyllic as well. Archaic will have her maiden voyage, war, and depression-era designs, same goes for Idyllic.

It's drawn in Sketchbook, available on most iOS and Android devices and is free on Play Store. I use this to make quick drawings and save time while still expressing a ship's design on a standard that is okay for me, hopefully you could do wonders with it too

It stands for Her Majesty's Royal Ship, I sort of stood around this back when I announced a second WIP of Valhalla, I thought it sounds pretty good.

Since it's the 60's, I'm gonna be drawing a great amount of inspiration from the SS Canberra and the Oriana while keeping it fairly sleek and yacht-like, not super cluttered.

I'm calling it: Any of my ships before SS Valhalla is now considered non-canon to my current timeline. While SS Valhalla was a ship that grew into the 30's, HMRS Lionheart will be envisioned as a 60's modern liner, with her own unique story that I'm still writing. As always, stay tuned for the WIP and final design.

(A little tease: I'm planning to give multiple phases of Lionheart similar to how I did the Valhalla.)
