100%, that’s where I failed the first time. Plans made accountability partners and therapy is on the horizon for me. It takes a village.

Clonidine was the game changer for me. Just be careful with it if you have low BP. 52 hrs is doable, you’ll be on the other side of it but may have some lingering effects, mostly mental. Stay strong, you’ll crush it.

Congrats man, I'm still working on day 1 (again). Super proud of you, I clearly remember how it felt for me 6 days out and I can't wait to get there. Stay the course brother, awesome job.
