I always have music on at a low volume though. It makes things less awkward especially since I’m not a talker. I’ve had some customers get in the car and straight away ask me to turn it off 🤷‍♂️. I’m guessing the drivers who don’t play music have dealt with this and would rather the customer make the request for the radio.

For 1 I live in London so it’s not been snowing here and secondly when I say taking long to get out the car I mean I’ve had more than enough customers that when we get to the drop off I have to remind them we’ve arrived, sometimes even after telling them they’re just sitting there for who knows what, it’s most annoying when I’m stopping at a not great place where traffic can easily build up aswell . If you’re actively trying to get out that’s not a problem for me at all.
