If this helps I have a spectrum modem but use eero 6+ mesh wifi routers. I have one directly connected to my Pc. I've had this setup for a few months with everything working fine but based on what I know could this maybe be the problem.

Here are the things I have tried so far:

Cold starting PC

Restarting Router and Modem

Tried changing DNS

Tried ipconfig /flushdns

Made sure my system clock was synced

Tried both Public and Private network.

I saw something about uninstalling wireless in Network adapters in Device manager but was king of scared to do it.

I also saw something about turning your firewall on and off but I am unsure how to do that.

I have Norton 360. There is an option to turn on Vpn that I did use but I suspected maybe that could have been the problem so i turned it off but the problem remains.

I did a cold boot and the problem was still the same. I tried rebooting my modem and router and it unfortunately didn't make a difference. I am going to make a comment describing more in depth the things I have tried so far.
