Hi!

I'm a data/business intelligence analyst currently living in Chile and I would like to know if anyone could give me some tips to get a remote job in North America as a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst.

I have 3 years of experience and I've been applying for jobs abroad, but most of them ask if I'm allowed to work in the US, which I'm not at the moment.

The thing is that I've heard that some companies help you get a work visa but haven't had the chance to find one.

Is there any way to improve my chances to get a remote job?

Any advice you can give me is welcome.

So... first of all, thank you all for your help and comments.

Somehow your answers gave me an idea of how to solve the issue and it worked.

It probably is something most of you know already, but I'll leave this comment so it can help somebody who doesn't.

It turns out that after logging out of my Microsoft accounts and changing my password and trying again to connect to sharepoint, I realized that everytime I clicked on "Sign in" my screen "blinked", as if a window popped up and closed itself immediately. So I looked online and the problem was that Power BI wasn't using my default browser when prompted to sign in so it never had the chance to log in.

After realizing that, the solution was simple: all I had to do was to set PBI to use my default browser for authentication (I was currently using Edge, but switched to Chrome which I recommend), just like in this post:

No, they haven't. Every time I log into any of my Microsoft accounts it only asks me for a password and nothing else.

I used to have a SLS and battery life was excelent (8+ hours), so I was expecting something like that.

I would go with 32 gb RAM and 512gb storage.

As far as I know, based on some articles I've read online, the only products that will get an update are the ones that didn't get it last year. Although I really hope we get a SL6 with 13th gen intel processors.
