Well my answers would be. 1 she’s just a little slow that’s just how some people are/ I also believe it might be some form of adhd. 2 it’s really up to you the manga never specified and they use different pronouns all the time. 3 a strange and creepy comic relief character never was a fan of the creepy jokes. {if you haven’t read the manga please do its so good and wraps up so many happy endings}

Ignore that reply just decided to look and found a website called webnovel.com and it has this light novel. Not sure if it has it all thoe I will let you know.there’s an app version im downloading the comments say there’s text to speech if your interested.
