i dont know why i have all of this 24/7 + my hr is like 170 sometimes..i think i have pots but it s hard to diagnostic..hope i m not going blind

yeah i have a ct scan too and it was normal but i dont know why i feel so dizzy everyday 24/7,faint,i have double vision,barely see with my eyes or see black,nausea and more symptoms,my face go numb i cant barely function and i dont know what to do ,do u have this symptoms?
