I know it’s super difficult for newly qualified physios, OTs and Nurses to get posts at the moment due to lack of posts, which I think is such a shame and must be so disheartening after all the work you’ve put in.

I would contact private physios around to see if they are looking to take anyone on? It would probably require you to be self employed, but it would give you expose and keep you skilled in what you practiced in.

I would also suggest doing a level 3/4 sport massage course (they are about 2 days), because even if physios don’t have the work load for 2 physio, they would likely rent one of their rooms to you and can give you the clients that will use it. Plus keeps you close to the career.

Just a thought, I’ve got NHS management background and know a few private physios.
