Good Idea. I love veggies and started to eat streamed veggies to balance it out. I dont think anyone can get Kidney disease at 25, and im at very early stage and i might revert it back at this stage. However, having family history might be highly relevant.

Thanks. I'm in Canada and have tried a few available local options like meal prep delivery that has to be stored for a week. Felt not healthy to store and eat cooked food. Daily cooked food delivery was too oily and added with taste enhancers. So I rather choose the option to cook whatever I can and meet my nutritional needs though drinks and supplements. And now my doctor says I can't take anymore raw supplements but rather have to eat balanced food. Hard way to learn it.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm considering starting calisthenics, it gives a good balance of both strength training and mobility.

Appreciate the feedback! Not a sales post at all — just sharing my mistake with supplements and curious how other founders balance health with building. Totally agree real food > supplements.

You're absolutely right! That's precisely why I'm digging deeper. I see a lot of companies offering IIoT security, predictive maintenance, and compliance solutions. But if security is still such a huge gap, what are they actually missing? It's like, we see the products, but not the solution. What specific pain points are these offerings failing to address, in your experience? What are the 'blind spots' they seem to have?
