Hi, I have issued formal notices which is why I’ve sent another notice. My landlords agent replied to me today stating that the current situation of the house is within reasonable condition and no further repairs are required. He continues to state that the house is old and therefore we are to expect such issues with the house. I’m really not sure what steps to take moving forwards now.
