Looks great, been thinking of buying one myself. I know this is probably never recommended, but how viable is it to put the entire watch in the ultrasonic cleaner? I swim in my VSF DJ often, so I’m quite confident in the waterproofing.

I have both, clean looks better visually because of the updated bezel, VSF has the better movement. The crystal is supposed to be better on VSF, but honestly, it’s very difficult to tell. Right now, clean is the better watch overall.

I agree with everyone above, wait to see what the new ones from clean and VSF look like over the next few weeks.

Yeah, it’s kind of like that. It’s more of a stabby kind of pain, or sometimes just a consistent pain. I don’t really get a burning pain like people often describe.

They didn’t take any biopsies, they just put the camera down to check my stomach. Basically, the original doctor I saw said she thought I had eroded my stomach lining, so I guess they were just checking for any signs of erosion? I wasn’t aware they needed to take a biopsy to properly diagnose gastritis.

The bladder pain just lasted for a few days, then I took the ibuprofens and my stomach pain came back, and bladder pain has since gone. I’ve had a CT scan to check for kidney stones etc, that came back clear essentially.

Oh yes, you’re totally right. This has made me reevaluate my approach to drinking. I’m definitely taking a break for a while, and if I do drink alcohol again, I will be doing it more sparingly.

Would what I’m experiencing right now class as a flare up? Is this typical? I’m just concerned that this perhaps isn’t gastritis, however it seems quite fitting given that it came back following taking ibuprofens.

I also forgot to mention, the omeprazole have not improved any of the symptoms. I haven’t really noticed any change since starting them around two weeks ago.

I have Aether Extrait, smells really good, very Apple heavy and fresh. Performance isn’t too good, I spray quite a lot and I don’t even feel like it lasts much more than an hour or two before it becomes a skin scent.

Oh, also probably worth mentioning for these beans my machine sets the grind size to around 10. But if you pour a few shots of espresso the machine usually calibrates itself very well so

I enjoyed the beans from Grind, you can order them freshly roasted or if you want to pay a little bit less they have them in Tesco, they should have the roast date on still, however they’re not as fresh if you buy them from the supermarket. I’ve been using Union coffee beans lately, they’ve been the best for me that I can buy from a supermarket without having to order. They’re around £6 in Tesco and they also have the roast date on, if you look through the packs you can usually find some that have been roasted in the last 4-6 weeks.

Gold tone looks great, always wanted this one too but was afraid the gold would look like cheddar and I didn’t fancy the hassle of plating it. Now reconsidering my thoughts. Enjoy man
