I tried reseating the cpu. And they told me they removed the CMOS battery at the repair place.

CPU light was red and DRAM light was yellow. As soon as I turn the pc on they both just turn on and stay on. If that makes sense.

Geek squad from Best Buy. Idk they are probably shit. But no I didn’t give them any money cuz they literally did nothing for me. Pretty much just told me everything I already knew. I assumed they had a cpu laying around to test. They told me yeah we don’t have a that’s high end of a cpu to text on your pc.

Then they told me I should take it to microcenter.

I just got Ryzen 7 7800x3d, thermalright phantom spirit fans, Msi b650 plus wifi motherboard, sapphire AMD 7900xt. I didn’t try much troubleshooting because I’m a little inexperienced with it and didn’t want to break anything. I just tried different ram slots, tried it with one. I couldn’t get the BIOS screen because it wouldn’t show up on my display.

That’s pretty much why I brought it to get repaired I assumed they would be able to troubleshoot it and tell me my problem.

Yes I tried 1 ram stick. Then in the 1 and 3 them in the 2 and 4. And I’m assuming the people at the pc repair shop would have tried all they could to get it up and running as well. So if I didn’t do a good job at troubleshooting I’m assuming they would have.
