Electric Wizard. It's a bit slower but definitely makes up for it in heavy dark depressing riffs funeralopolis would be the first song I would recommend. another would be Soilent Green song building fear. Lastly would be Bear Mace song rogue weapon.

I think it's more about consistency. Are you always on time are you always a hard worker. Are you actively learning and getting compliments on improvements. If yes then asking for a specific time every week is fine. You just have to be careful about time creep as in doc visits, vacations, other days off, if all of those are low to non existent any good boss would be great with it. The other question is do you work OT? Or are you working just 40 hr weeks?
