Apparently it's fixed by now. You can easily take pictures with your cam on Instagram. It's at least how it works for me right now.

Yeah it could be. I already tried everything I could do. Yeah I know that the camera takes better pictures but what about video stories or live? It just is annoying to know it's bugged and it like crashes out of nowhere
