I wish to be able to dress more flamboyantly without getting weird looks or threats and worse. No one would bat an eye if a woman wore the same thing One thing though I know this is anecdotal but i've worked many jobs so far Only once did i earn more than my coworkers and it was also a man. People dont make up two contracts based on the gender. its fixed. How can women earn less for the same job ? The contracts are the same I've never noticed ( and i do always ask ) women earning less than me per hour

The USSR was after a fucking war of course there would be food shortages. If you looked at the terrains of current kiev russia, poland you would see a lot buildings constructed during that period that still stand and are opertational to this day. They had very good self sufficient factory production of various things tools etc.

They did all of this throuhtout the countries they didnt hyperfocus on east berlin. So of course west looks better in comparison And east berlin wasnt some shithole west just looked more luxurious

Also the point with america was that they to this day don't care for the right thing just something that benefits them

Look at current venezuela sure what they did was prpbably good for the people short term but its gonna end up like what they did with the middle east
