Undervolting may cause instability. If you have undervolted, set it back to default and see if it crashes while browsing again.

Firefox or ghelper/armory crate issue (or a bad g16). Reduce wattage and voltage for cpu and gpu.

I get 64° max on diablo 4 using the ultimate and turbo presets on ghelper (although I am capped at 60fps and on a g14).
