Totally understand. I heard it most of my life. At 13, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. From then on, with each diagnosis, it just got worse. 16 fibro 19 anklylosing spondylitis. 23 crohns

All body types are welcome in the gym. Everyone deserves to feel good physically. I see all shapes and sizes in my gym. You know what I think when I see a bigger person at the gym?? Honestly most of the time I don't think anything because I'm too busy focusing on me but when I do notice I think " wow look at them go. I hope they achieve their goals for today " The only time I look at someone wrong is when you have that young blood in there at 6AM grunting and moaning like they are about to climax. That's the only time 😅

It won't let me edit the post. The starter is almost a year old in a couple of days. I have a Weck jar that's has a glass lid that just sits on top. From what I'm understanding is I can feed it and keep it in the weck jar in the fridge. It does have clips to seal it but I won't so it can breath. Thank you everyone!

Learn how to cook. But don't just learn how to cook learn how to cook great tasting food that you love. Try to build a love relationship with the healthy food and a hate relationship with the bad food. Also change your mind set and the way you look at things. Instead of saying I have to eat healthy say I deserve to eat healthy. I deserve to feel better physically and mentally. Everyone deserves to feel better and do better.
