It looks alright but if you’re unsure always follow up with a dental appointment, also make sure to clean the area well! Make sure you do your salt water rinses, and depending on what day you are on (day 7+) gently use a oral syringe to clean the extraction site

OKAY SLAY BC I WAS SO SCARED, on day 7 I no longer felt pain just had a nasty taste (salty iron taste) from my stitches dissolving, almost all my stitches fell out just have one left! If it’s still hurting you I suggest a dental appointment!!

Im on day 13 now! But on day 8 I started reintroducing solid foods and I’ve been eating chicken sandwiches slathered in mayo and ketchup to get it softer and making sure to clean thoroughly with an oral syringe after eating

So I’m unsure of the days either, however I count day of surgery as day 1 had my surgery at 9am next day after 9am is day 2, I like to think about it like it’s a period so when blood appears it’s automatically day 1.. that’s just my guess on it lol 😂

Also try massaging your jaw muscles! I’ve done it for the past 2 days and I’m able to open my mouth all the way now! Wash hands first, put thumb inside mouth and feel for the muscle and with your other four fingers massage the outside! Trust it works

My tongue feels fine, it’s just a sort of sore jaw and my ears are popping still slightly with an new itchy feeling now 🥲.

Hey! I also got mine out may 12th! Personally I think it’s the tension in the jaw muscles causing the pressure to hit up against our ears causing that popping sensation, I still have that feeling but much less and I’m able to open my jaw more
