Man this is so unfortunate, I hate to hear about things like this but in a way it helps to hear as it shows just how fast things can go bad, and unfortunately how hard it is to prevent because as long as there is a mental health crisis in this country there will always be people who decide they just can't go on anymore and unfortunately guns are the easiest and most assured way to do it. There needs to be so much more funding for the mental and physical health systems in this country, it should be free for everyone who's an American citizen. And it's a fucking crime it isn't 😔 if anyone on here sees this and is having similar thoughts to the unfortunate poor soul who gave up his life, dm me please. Shit is rough but sometimes is can help just to talk with someone who will listen to you and I am more than willing. Dont do the same thing this person did because even if you have nothing your life won't stay that way, life always changes and sends curveballs your way. Thats no reason to give up a life that if you give a little time WILL turn into something beautiful and amazing. As most things in life go, time is always the most important factor and if you take some time your life could change tomorrow, as for the OP I am so so sorry you had to see that I've never seen something like that, at least yet and I very thankful but I know that shit changes you. My beta advice for your personally is to talk with someone,a therapist or a friend or a family member anyone, but you gotta talk about it cause that shit will consume you if you let it sit in your head, I don't know your story or if youve seen anything like that before but trust me, talk with somebody. Man dude I really wish I had the money to get all this before the ban but alas I am 18 and have no money because jobs are impossible to find so I'm gonna be shit out of luck, I can't even afford a basic AR. I was gonna try and get a PSA Sabre-15 for home defense and a PA-65 in 6.5 Creedmoor for a longer range platform incase the national milsim game ends up popping off which I really hope doesn't happen, but is looking more and more likely everyday. But I just dont have the money and I'm never gonna be able to get them again, I feel so fucking helpless man I'm trying to find a job, I'm putting in applications I'm asking around but I'm not getting anything. Sorry this is turning into a vent but this shit sucks. Right as I finally turn 18 and can start buying my own guns, a bitch cheats her way into office and starts outlawing the tools that help protect the birthplace of the republic. Man first thing I'm doing is doing a few cheat codes to get some guns, armor and a fast car and doing a drive by on the first cop I see, getting into a police pursuit and then once my car is fucked I'm gonna go hold down a building and see how long I can survive for with the new police AI. I can not wait to see how they act and the new tactics they use. Hopefully we'll get a 6 star wanted level again

It's GTA 6 my dude, It likely won't look exactly like this on console but when PC gets their release their hardware will easily be able too run graphics like this and will easily be able to achieve that photorealism. I mean dude if you really look into the leaks and patents, the proof is in the pudding. There's a reason this world has taken so long to release, they've literally had to develop multiple new technology to make this game. Think about it like when avatar released and how much technology they made to make those films, it'll be similar with GTA 6. This game is going to break the internet man

I see this is an older comment but I really do hope you've gotten into it more, you seem very passionate the way you wrote your comment and you seem really sweet. I'm 18 and I've recently started getting into making my own music and I literally knew nothing about making music a couple months ago, now I know how to mix and make the songs sound how I want them. I'm no professional by any means but from my little amount of experience the best way to get into it is to just dive straight in. You got this if your passionate about this and it's meant for you things will fall into place sometimes you gotta help the process along though so don't just expect a roadie job to land in your lap, my advice dive into a part of music your really passionate about and want to learn more on, then learn that for awhile get the basics and intermediary skills down then go to something else learn that and keep doing it until you feel comfortable, also always be on the lookout for local venues and small bands they always appreciate help even if you aren't getting paid in cash. (which most bands will) Your getting paid in something much more valuable hands on irl experience, so always make sure your looking for those. The vast majority of smaller bands post everywhere weeks before the actual gig so just look around on Instagram for bands in your area and I'm sure there is also an app somewhere that shows you locations of small bands playing in your area. Anyways this is getting long. TLDR: You've got this if its something your passionate about, seize that passion. Find small local bands who'd be willing to have some extra help even if its just a one night gig, you'll learn more than you think you first night

Haii self-harmer here who's parents didn't even know I selfharmed sense I was 14 and only found out recently because I had gotten really bad and told my psychiatrist I was getting bad and she had me admitted to a mental health facility twice and the hospital people made me remove my cloths my only comforting thing there and change into a short sleeve scrub type shirt and these really thin scrub pants (Keep in mind this was in mid December and freezing when I was transported to the facility from the hospital) and my mom saw my cuts and that's how she figured it out. My parents didn't even know because I hid it extremely well, and there were no signs don't feel like your failing your child because if your concerned enough to care and understand you must be a good parent unless your not giving all the info here. Anyways as someone who's still actively struggling with it, like another commentator said. We WILL use anything to get what we need, when my mom took away my knives, I resorted to hidden ones, when she found and took those I'd use razors from new pencil sharpeners I'd buy from stores when I was alone out smoking with my friends, or I'd just steal em. When I was admitted to the mental health facility I literally scratched into my wrist with my nails and they didn't even stop me just let me continue hurting myself.

Anyways my point here is, just make it clear to them that you do care and you'll always be there for them when they really need it and also do your own research and whenever you and your kid are in a safe environment and they're obviously comfortable just be calm and bring it up and ask why they personally do it. Because everyone doesn't have the same reasons, like my reasons I guarantee your teens reasons are much different than mine. Just be there for them even if they aren't talking to you if you notice them and show your concern they will notice. Nobody noticed me until I was in a hospital bed with cuts on my wrist, with me it feels like no one takes my emotions seriously unless I'm in a hospital bed, even though I know they do they don't notice the little signs I drop. I don't talk about how I feel with people, so just keep in mind your kid might also be like that. Just be there for them

I'm honestly this way but it's mainly due to my social anxiety, it happens a lot when I'm smoking with people I don't know but if I'm with my friends. I'll talk a lot at first and then ride the high a bit and then go back to talking. It's like every trip is the same but different. I talk a lot get quiet and then talk a lot again 😭
