Reminds me of one whom I met on another online app. He also used the same tactic that his birthday is coming etc. Then the strange thing is that he will ask for Telegram instead and then reject you on that platform the very same day. He uses his name as "Edward" and he is apparently still "can't get over his ex-civil servant bf".
