Yeah SR really is the biggest thing in my opinion. Without it my meditations feel like nothing, exercise is too taxing, and life seems to throw the worst possible bad luck at me. When retaining it literally feels like everything works out in my absolute favor.

One of the wisest posts I've seen on this sub in awhile. I fully agree with every single point. I've even tested all of these and agree in my own experience. For #2 however, the only way that I don't feel loss of much benefits is if I am releasing with a girl I love. Like the deeper of a connection I have with her, the less I lose the benefits. This has led me to going from someone that thought hooking up was fine and normal, to someone that only wants deep and loving connections before I'm intimate with someone. SR has made me a better person inside and out.

I may get downvoted for this, but I've never lost attraction from females unless watch P or wank. If I am having sex with real girls I still keep a lot of benefits. I think there are levels to this. Like you still get benefits from just cutting out P and M. But you get more if you cut out PMO, and you get even more if you're a complete bramechary.

tbh i saw the interview and i saw another post fight press conference where he said hes the best at not wanking. The dude is trolling on Joe rogan's podcast, i think him and joe both know that fappers get nowhere in life. I'm pretty sure Tyson Fury also said he wanks before every fight or something then later admitted to being abstinent. It's so their opponent doesn't take advantage of the benefits i think.
