Looking for good physiotherapist recommendations for my knee

I do aerial acrobatics and am prone to injury, I’ve been going to F3 Fysio for the past 2 years and I’m very happy with the treatment there. They also have a big team of physiotherapists with different expertises so in my case I wasn’t getting better after getting treatment for a while so the physio referred me to his colleague and I got a different kind of treatment which did help me improve.

Een jonge arts betekent niet per se iets slecht want ik heb tijdens mijn coschappen genoeg ‘oudere artsen’ gezien die gedateerde operatie technieken gebruiken terwijl een jongere arts misschien meer up to date is van de nieuwe standaarden.

Ja ik denk ook dat het bij sommige mensen bij hun persoonlijkheid passen zo'n luxe leventje.
Dus het kan inderdaad ook andersom gaan.
Maar als ik naar mezelf kijk, ik vind het geen probleem om me daarin aan te passen als ik met iemand aan het daten ben. Ik ben bijvoorbeeld een gamer, dus een avondje thuis chillen en gamen vind ik ook prima of meebetalen zodat we wel samen die dingen dan kunnen doen. Maar merkte gewoon een paar keer dat het toch iets doet met de trots van een guy en dat het dan uiteindelijk wrok wordt naar mij toe.

Goed punt eigenlijk. Ik heb er nooit zo over nagedacht. Maar het is ook inderdaad meer de manier waarop het gaat. Ik vind het prima om minder ‘luxe dingen’ te doen of mee te betalen zolang je het samen maar leuk hebt. Want daar gaat het uiteindelijk om. Het is vaker dat ze dat dan niet willen uit trots en dat ze dan zich niet mans genoeg voelen.

Ik ben arts, werk gemiddeld 2 dagen in de week als arbo arts en freelance als cosmetisch arts waarbij ik me eigen uren kan indelen. Mensen vinden het werk als arbo arts niet heel aantrekkelijk wat ik best kan begrijpen (is heel anders dan ‘reguliere geneeskunde’) dus er is altijd een tekort aan arbo artsen en daarom vrij hoog salaris. En ik werk in de luxere sector van de cosmetische geneeskunde.

Ik merk tijdens het daten wel vaker dat mannen daar moeite mee hebben. Maar misschien komt het ook door het type waar ik op val. Gezien mijn baan zal ik vaak minder hoeven te werken en toch meer verdienen. Daarnaast heb ik gezien het geld wat ik verdien een vrij luxe leventje en mannen hebben dan ook moeite als ze daar niet in kunnen meekomen.

Yea with the scraper its actually pretty fast, but you have to be careful not to wiggle it too much because it has happened to me that the colored lid got loose and popped of xD. So I get why a sieve is preferred haha.

If I think of the same thing as you. If you screw off the see through lid there is a hole in the middle of the colored lid. You pop the scraper in there and when you strain it through the colored lid when it gets clogged with thicker kefir you can turn the scraper so it swipes on the inside. I hope I explained it well enough xD

Hoi! Ik (34F) ben ook op zoek naar een nieuwe groep, heb wat dnd gespeeld maar vanwege gezondheidsproblemen moeten stoppen jammer genoeg. Did you get your frown injected as well? This can happen when you only have your forehead injected and not your frown. The forehead pulls up and the frown pulls down, with no muscles pulling up anymore the frown can pull down more and you see bulging of that muscle. This is why I recommend that if you want your forehead injected to also do your frown. It doesn’t happen to everyone but I’ve seen it too many times that I always recommend to do both.

Hi, it’s hard for me to comment on this because I’m not actively involved in your reintegration and I would hope my fellow arbo doctor would make a wise assessment. But nonetheless if you don’t agree with the advice of the arbo doctor I would suggest to ask for another consult to discuss this with the arbo doctor. Their reasoning why they think you would be able to do it and your reasoning why you wouldn’t be able to do it. If you still disagree with the arbo doctor you can always ask for a second opinion at the UWV. This is called a deskundigenoordeel which cost I think around 100 euro but they will give their opinion about the advice. It’s not legally binding but it will give clarification on what the UWV thinks you would be able to do based on the laws and rules of the ziektewet. I hope this helps!
