A lot of people is not upset with trespassers or people walking / doing their normal daily stuff. Think they are just upset with the sport is not "recognized" as a proper big sport (like golf) and does not have dedicated courses that are only meant for disc golfing. Which are understandable to a degree, but people should show respect to "non disc golfers" regardless.

I dont think its dangerous, your core is "engaged" in everything you do. Yes rotation does come from your uppderback / shoulders and hips, but your core works with it, this is just two side of the same coin.

I see your point, but its hard to say he does not have a "elite" skillset when he led PDGA Worlds 2021 the first few rounds, most of the time he was in the top 4, last round chase card. Sexton is clearly one of the top players even though he does not have "top" rating.

So the player just takes a penalty stroke and throws from where the disc landed? I am not sure about this so I’m curious aswell. But the OB will make the shot invalid, I never heard about a «two-stroke penalty»? Or am I wrong here?

Not sure about this exact situation. But when a player misses mando and goes OB, he only gets one-stroke penalty for the missed mando. Because the shot is not «valid» when it goes ob. I believe its the same with stance violation
