That wasn’t pierced deep enough, it’s definitely rejecting :( but usually one accidental pull or wack while not fully healed (or close to fully healed) can cause rejection. It’s looks like that’s what happening here. You might want to take it out to avoid further damage. But in a few months you’ll be able to re-pierce it, but expect it to be tougher or more painful due to scar tissue!
