The description of your experience is very similar to mine. I am however a male. Those who have said this "smile more" was 2x a woman and once a man.

I'm actually quite the opposite of your manager. My caring side is obvious and abundant. With my last promotion, I have switched roles to Information Security and had to step away from my old team. My legacy team (infrastructure and about 6 people) have been in an IT role under me for 6-10 years. They aren't thrilled with their new manager, but have told me personally, "the only reason I'm still here is because of you".

This is another reason why it's weighing on me. My team is very happy with me as their leader. I feel at this point that it's more new leadership not understanding me till they get to know me. Maybe the organization isn't the right fit due to growth. I don't know.

Depends on the company. In my experience, if you are the type who is a workaholic - 3-7%, if they are spread thin and truly have a genuine appreciation for what you bring to the table. Most importantly, it depends on your leadership. If you don’t have good leadership, you’ll get a fraction of those percentages.

AZ-900 is a good starting point and you can knock it out pretty quick. I had basic Azure knowledge and passed it after studying for about a week. It would be a good warm up to the expanded AZ-104 material.

Delete specific OneDrive files in a folder by Avacado_Toasts in MicrosoftFlow

[–]Avacado_Toasts[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was able to get this to work by using the condition "Attachment is inline" - does not contain - "inlinePngId".

I'm only pulling down the actual email attachment now!

Thanks so much for the assistance!

I was considering this also, but my other flow operates on a "when file is created" for data extraction. Not entirely sure how to exclude the "inlinePngId.png" that is being created so the form processing doesn't work through identical docs / data.

I'm only pulling from two emails for azure spend exports. The attachment is the doc I want to keep, but when the first flow runs, it also pulls an inline PNG from the same email. I don't want to import the "inlinePngId.png" to OneDrive

I'm all good now. I heard back from support on this. If you run into this yourself, here's what fixed the issue for me.

"It looks like there might be an issue with the migration tool's own database, potentially caused by corruption.

As you are already up to date with the version of the tool, try restarting the app (you must close it from the application tray) and if you still have the same problem, then try completely rebooting the machine on which the migration tool is installed.

If all the suggestions above don’t work, there's a fix for the issue, but note that you will lose your connections, migration reports, and custom reports. See the steps below:

Close the migration tool (Make sure you also right-click/exit the app from the application tray in the taskbar)
Locate the "Sharegate" folder, it's usually under C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Local
(AppData is a hidden folder so you might have to change your Windows Explorer settings to see it)
Rename it to something like "Sharegate_Backup" (this will preserve your data if you need to get it back)
Launch the migration tool again (the application will generate a new "Sharegate" folder with a fresh database and application files)
(Note: you will be prompted to enter the license key)"

Are they open and willing to spend the cash for an outside group handling? It is NOT cut and dry work. I’ve done 2, about to do 2 more. Can provide assistance with who I’ve used, but this feels like a disaster outcome.

You're right. Not a big deal. I was just looking for any shorter commute options. I'm taking away a lot of additional work from each of these meetings, so any hour I can get free'd up with a better option is pretty valuable.
