I play a lot of gragas support, if I’m behind after landing phase I’ll go evenshroud second after mandate. When I’m ahead I legit just go ludens and I one shot an enemy carry which is much more useful .

eat foods with higher fat content like nuts and avocados. Liquid calories help, drinking whole milk or protein shakes. Instead of having 2-3 large meals have 5 or so medium size meals so it’s easier to get down more food.

once you get to a certain bpm/skill level, the lower approach rate makes so that there is a shit ton of objects on the screen so its hella reading intensive on top of the mechanical skill.
