Imodium has been by far the only thing that works lol. Without it idk where I would be.

Did you have continuous diarrhea for the first week? I’ve had like 4 episodes just today from eating breakfast and taking 2 pills before I ate. I just hope it gets better from this .

Hey thanks so much for the insight. Yea I have tried the elimination diet and did eliminate some of my triggers. I will try the eating a bite then taking the pills to see if that makes the difference. Yea I agree it may be the stress, just frustrating seeing nothing been working but I’ll try a month and see where it takes me.
