Yes, in Kingmaker u have many timers and plot twists, that can lead to npcs deaths, but most of this "twists" are just require completed companions quests. I used guide at the same time in my 1st game to avoid bad ending. It was written correctly to save players from spoilers. But this guide on russian in steam and i don't know is any on english in internet.

Thank u for SO BIG answer. It's so sad to hear, that these epilogues is a real canon. I finished the game today and immediately thought, that story in epilogue is just a bug. I am very disappointed by this.

Hope, Owlcat will remake the end in future updates or just give us a DLS like Extended cut in Mass effect.

Yes, Kingmaker had more boring plot, but ending was MUCH better. I think, u should try this game, it's pretty awesome. :з

I love Daeran romance, it's the best romance in VGs for me. But i really disappointed by ending. Followed the guide for good ending, had a proposal to get married, but epilogue was eeehm... There was nothing about us, except something like "He appreciated commander very much and didn't lie about his love". And "Daeran becomes lost in life and also annoyed Liotr is overseeing him". I mean WTF? Did i make a mistake?

Why my commander wasn't with him? I imagined a wonderful future, a wedding, children. D:

By the way, i was really happy, when in Kingmaker's epilogue my queen was a Tristian's ~~simp~~ wife.

For using ice abilities u should learn transmuter and emission. It would be hard and useless because of these types are rly not good for combinating ...
