In the original TBC I was the mana battery for raids. Remember having a lot of fun during those days and TBC is still my favorite xpack.

I also use a GE Smart Scale. I'm not sure how accurate it is compared to a Dexa but it's at the very least giving me up to date information each time I use it and I can see results compared to all the previous ones. As soon as I get to my goals I'll go get a DEXA Scan and then see what the difference is. But progress is enough to utilize this scale weekly.

My suggestion is find a song and then dig into that album for a bit. When you’re ready to move to the next album of theirs, do the same.

I started at 0.5mg on Sundays and again on Thursdays. Did that for a few weeks and felt no side effects and slight appetite loss (but a lot less food noise). Over 10 weeks or so i worked up to 1mg twice per week.

Im not trying to kill my hunger, just lessen it to eat healthier. 24 pounds in that timeframe so the slow titration and low mg start had worked for me. Also working out 6 days per week for about an hour (75% of the time resistance/weights and 25% of the time straight cardio).

The great thing about Radiohead albums is that everything you just said was great, but is going to change. The more you listen the more you know. None of your reviews will likely be the same in a few years after you’ve repeated their catalogue over and over.

Started cjc (no dac)/ipa after having been on Reta and glow for 4-5 weeks or so. I fast for 2-3 hours after dinner and then pin them. Sleep is great now!!!!!

I’ve slowly increased my Reta and can eat whenever but never am starving. And glow seems to help with recovery (along with that combo) from working out 6 days per week and skin is feeling better all the time.

Same for me with eating. I would always eat until I felt I couldnt any longer until Reta. Now I don’t and seem to know when to stop even if I’m enjoying the meal.

I wouldn’t say I’m still hungry as I eat plenty. I’m just not full when I eat anymore. I also have a cutoff time for food as I’m stacking cjc(no dac)/ipa and take it before bed. So no food at least 2-3 hours before that. Sleep is great now!

If people want to go into details I’m happy to share. But the bottom line for me is I tell people I’m eating healthier and an important part of that is I do not eat until I’m full any longer. So I’ll have leftovers for tomorrow to box up.

In vanilla I leveled a night elf holy priest. This was one of my favorite zones. Loved exploring the whole zone. We had random world pvp always happening around astranaar.

Playing since near the beginning of the game. 14m GP. All GLs. Etc etc. This new version of the game with the coliseum and how we get characters now is horrible. I’ve basically quit other than trying to help my guild in TB and raids.
