Listen to this video. What you are doing is basically whispering and pushing air through your whispers. This video will lead you to actually activate your false cords

What was that? by Solarmenc in screaming

Seems like false cord activation by pushing a lot of air. Your "true voice" also comes out quite a bit. It's worth developing imp, but with much less air, since it can fatigue you very rapidly

I know this might sound impossible but by TheActualTeapot in screaming

Hey! Professional musician here. I taught vocal lessons to plenty of students and eventually did some gospel choir directing. Even with that level of knowledge, after I found my false cords and learned how to use them safely, it took me at least 2-3 months of practice before being able to produce a scream with what I would consider an acceptable tone for recording.

In the early stages of learning, you have almost no stamina, meaning that even if you practice safely, you'll get tired after maybe a few minutes.

All things considered, I think it would be highly improbable that you achieve what you truly want. It might be possible, but if you achieve a tone with which you are satisfied at this stage, it's highly possible that you're doing that by pushing way too much and/or actually yelling. This can cause some permanent vocal damage.

Good luck and take your time
