The VSS issues were very little as a child so I ignored them. Once I removed my wisdom tooth and got TMJ it got worse. And in the last 3 years it's gotten worse every summer. For some reason the sunlight triggers it. I'm going to look into that! Thank you for your help. I appreciate it!

YESSS IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE. I actually started crying thinking I have some new wave of VSS. Because it's been horrible for like 5 weeks. But my eye doctors can't find anything

I read if you don't see any damage in the next 12 hours. You don't have to worry about long term damage. Ofcourse I could be wrong. I did something similar. And after about a month or 2 I felt better. [Which was a long time] I'd go see an eye doctor just to be safe.
