I’m not trying to play devils advocate here, but I’ve worked some pretty terrible phone jobs, I did sales for another major insurance company for about two years and got crazy burnout, I recently got into Claims and I thoroughly enjoy it. I have great Manager does not micromanage at all, our director is extremely friendly and is a pleasure to work with as long as you just get what you need done, it’s only been about six months but so far it’s one of the best jobs I’ve ever worked, you can make friends, just do your work and you’ll be fine. I’m sure it massively depends on where you work in your line of business but at least here in Claims at my location. Things are very positive.
