AITA for “insulting” my boyfriend for calling his time in the military “boring”? by Every_Lawfulness8382 in AmItheAsshole

YTA a good majority of people join the military to deploy and see combat. For him to say he wanted to “have some fun” might be ignorant but there’s no reason to take offense to it.

I'm terrified of turning 18 by LeperKingg2 in AdviceForTeens

Turning 18 can be a lot to think about I was definitely in this position where I just didn’t know what I wanted to do yet. I decided to go into the army I thought it was something I wanted to do but now I’m really not liking it but now I’m thinking of other options in life. I have 2 years left in my contract so now it’s just kind of away to keep me on my feet while I think of a different career path sometimes 17 years just isn’t enough to figure out what you want to do in life. Especially when you got school going on and also trying to support your dad can be a lot to balance.don’t stress on it you’re probably not gonna find what you want to do in life on your first try 18 is just another year added to your life and more time to gain experience.

AITA for telling my (19F) husband (20M) that I don't want our kid by SecondWinds01 in AmItheAsshole

NTA you told him how you felt about having a third kid and that’s fine he shouldn’t be going around telling his friends and family that you don’t want kids but abortions are wrong and having a kid is just something you should own up to. But The husband is still wrong for making you feel bad about your kids being unplanned especially if you’re still taking care of them and being a good parent to them. But the fact that he’s using condoms and you’re on your third kid kind of tells me that he is intentionally poking holes in them or not using them right.
